These units are being sold as is and are complete units (see picture of units on scale).
2x are boot-looping when powered on and 2x do not power up.
It looks like some corrosion was present on the battery terminals on some of them at one point in time. Batteries were installed and units were attempted to power up. They were not investigated beyond this.
