When a probe is purchased with a meter, you’ll receive one free connecting cable per meter (e.g., 1 meter + 2 probes = 1 cable).

Meter Face Details:

• The included meter face will be the one currently on the unit. The count rate scale will be adjusted for accuracy (unless also purchasing a probe).

• If purchasing with a probe, we will swap the meter face to match the configuration if a correct one is available. Custom faces can also be special-ordered at an additional cost.

• Note: Dose rate scales are probe- and isotope-specific. These meters are sold bare, and any dose rate printed on the face is not accurate without proper pairing. If ordered with a probe, count rate will be set and optional dose rate calibration can be performed by a third-party lab for an additional fee.

Testing & Guarantee:

Each unit is fully tested, adjusted, verified, and documented before shipping.
You’ll receive photos of your exact meter being tested through all ranges using a calibrated Ludlum Model 500 pulser.

We guarantee every unit to be fully functional and free of defects for one year from delivery. If any issue arises, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
This guarantee does not cover abuse, neglect, or improper handling. These are rugged, precision instruments, but they are not indestructible.
We also offer reasonable repair services for most damage, if needed.

• These are Pre-Loved meters that may have scuffs and bumps from their past. They may also have some adhesive from past labels. These have been cleaned and fully tested but some minor cosmetic issues may remain. 

• ALL "flip door" style check source holders are removed to prevent issues when shipping internationally. This may leave 4 small holes in the lower housing if this is the case, you will be notified before shipping!
